Currently, IBC Bank is looking to fill a full-time, in-office position in the Insurance Administration Department as a Receptionist. This role is vital to the daily operations of the department, as it involves attending to visitors, handling basic insurance inquiries both in person and over the phone, and providing essential information about the organization and its services to the public and insured clients. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for anyone entering or calling the IBC Insurance offices in Texas and Oklahoma, making excellent communication skills and customer service a top priority. The successful candidate will perform a broad range of duties such as answering and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, managing incoming mail, and offering general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office functionality. 
This position requires an individual who is organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a positive and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and good judgment when handling confidential information. Bilingual skills are considered a plus and can enhance the candidate’s ability to assist a diverse client base.
