The Bellman is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with their luggage, and ensuring a smooth check-in process, including providing information about the resort's amenities and services. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and Butlers to enhance the guest experience. Bellmen are also tasked with valet parking guest vehicles safely and efficiently and fulfilling any special requests promptly and courteously. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves frequent lifting and moving of luggage and other items, as well as walking and standing for extended periods. The role demands excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude to anticipate and meet guest needs.
