As an In House Sales Executive at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the company's sales initiatives through your expertise in luxury vacation ownership products. This role encompasses the presentation and promotion of these premium products to existing owners, fostering maximum sales and long-term client relationships. The position demands a highly professional and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, possesses excellent communication and partnership skills, and upholds the core values of Hilton Grand Vacations.
In this role, your responsibilities include attending regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about the latest products and updates, collaborating with Quality Assurance Managers to address and resolve guest issues proactively, and promoting a positive work atmosphere aligned with the company’s values. You will be expected to carry out all reasonable requests from management, demonstrating a proactive and customer-focused approach.
The role offers exciting earning potential with a comprehensive commission plan, including monthly and quarterly bonuses, with top performers having the opportunity to earn $150,000 or more annually.
