The selected candidate will act as a critical communication link between customers, customs authorities such as U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other government agencies to guarantee compliance with service commitments and company objectives. Key responsibilities include the review, processing, and documentation of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements, and managing information flow through various CEVA systems to keep internal and external stakeholders updated. The role demands excellent judgment skills to handle customer inquiries proactively and the ability to coordinate with licensed brokers for technical clarifications. Alongside logistics coordination, the candidate will be responsible for invoicing accuracy, shipment release procedures, and resolving any transaction abnormalities efficiently.
