The General Manager role at Miguel's is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing both front and back of house operations. This includes full business management duties at the restaurant level, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant performance while upholding the brand's standards. The General Manager leads and develops a dedicated team comprising Assistant General Managers, Shift Supervisors, and various restaurant staff members, focusing on creating an excellent environment for guests and employees alike. As the face of the restaurant within the community, the General Manager champions guest service excellence and acts promptly and effectively in resolving any guest concerns. - Must have at least 2 years of experience in a previous supervisory or management role with the QSR with some if not total P&L responsibilities or impact
- Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader and member with predominantly English-speaking guests and team members
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office: (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
