The current opening is for a full-time Sous Chef position located at Anduril in Costa Mesa, California. This role offers an hourly pay range of $25.00 to $27.00 and operates on a schedule typically from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with days varying and more details provided during the interview process. The Sous Chef position is integral to Eurest's commitment to food quality and service excellence. Moreover, the Sous Chef acts as the lead in the absence of the Executive Chef, managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
