The role of Mixer RL2 in our Bakery Department offers a critical opportunity to contribute to the production process by ensuring the preparation of high-quality dough batches. This position operates during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, offering an hourly pay rate of $27.22. As a Mixer, you will be responsible for precise mixing operations using automated scaling systems and manual ingredient handling. Your main functions include drawing ingredients through a computerized system, blending mixtures to meet strict quality standards, performing allergen cleanups, and complying with safety and sanitation protocols. This role demands attention to detail, adherence to production schedules, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will also engage in critical housekeeping duties and documentation associated with production and quality control, including filling out Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) paperwork. The position requires physical stamina to handle manual labor aspects such as lifting ingredients and maintaining ergonomic postures during mixing and cleaning activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with supervisors and team members to review previous shift reports, calibrate equipment, and ensure smooth transitions during shift changes.
