The role of Shift Manager at Fresh Dining Concepts is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of store operations during assigned shifts. This position acts as the person in charge of the store in the absence of, or under the guidance of, the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager. The Shift Manager’s responsibilities include supervising team members, delegating tasks effectively, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of products from Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, or Carvel in line with company standards.
