The successful candidate will lead a team of agents tasked with delivering outstanding customer service at all touchpoints, including arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, and reservations. The position demands a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations, resolve passenger inquiries and complaints, and support passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
This role involves operating computerized systems to manage ticketing and check-in processes effectively while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The candidate will also coordinate with ramp agents to facilitate the handling of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked baggage, enhancing passenger convenience and satisfaction.
