We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team at our Houston warehouse facility. This part-time role pays $20 per hour, with shifts spanning Wednesday to Friday from 7 am to 11 am, and Saturdays from 7 am to 3 pm. The Warehouse Lead is a pivotal role responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution. The successful candidate will work alongside warehouse associates to ensure tasks are executed accurately and efficiently while acting as the on-shift point of contact for team coordination, inventory accuracy, and safety protocols. In this position, you will be entrusted with maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment to support smooth operations while assisting in training and guiding new team members on standard operating procedures. Communication is key; you will liaise with the Operations Manager to report delivery concerns or delays, coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries, and contribute recommendations to improve operational workflows. • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable using warehouse apps or systems to log packages and track shipments (training provided)
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards
• Available to work part-time shifts Wed-Fri 7am-11am and Sat 7am-3pm
• Able to work onsite at Houston warehouse
