The Shift Leader will play a critical leadership role by overseeing bakery operations during their shift, whether day or night. The Shift Leader’s responsibilities blend operational oversight with active participation in daily tasks such as baking, order building, suggestive selling, and customer engagement. As a Shift Leader, you will be the captain of the bakery, ensuring that every guest receives incredible service and that the team maintains high standards of quality and safety. You will support store leadership by maintaining smooth operations, effectively communicating key information, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching or training team members to reach their potential. You will also delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while working alongside the Cookie Crew to create a safe and pleasant working environment.
