The Capriotti's Shift Lead position is a pivotal role within the restaurant, responsible for operating under the direct management of the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager. This role involves leading the location to profitability while adhering to company goals and values. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily operations, delegate responsibilities to team members, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service are maintained.
