The Dining Room Attendant (DRA) role at Valley Senior Living plays a crucial part in enhancing residents' dining experiences. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling options, ranging from 4 to 30 hours per week, with shift times set at 7:00 am to 9:00 am, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. As a Dining Room Attendant, you will assist residents by helping them to their assigned seats and monitoring interactions to promote a positive dining environment. You will also document food and fluid intake accurately using Point of Care (POC) systems and assist residents to and from the dining room when necessary. The Dining Room Attendant supports the nutritional wellbeing and overall satisfaction of residents, making a positive impact on their daily lives. Being certified or obtaining certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in North Dakota within 120 days of hire is required, along with being at least 16 years old.
