The Hyatt Regency Denver is currently inviting applications for the role of Group Billing / Event Coordinator, a vital position that integrates the realms of customer service, event coordination, and financial administration. The Group Billing / Event Coordinator is accountable for providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of Event Managers, ensuring seamless onsite billing operations in conjunction with the hotel's Billing Shared Services. This role demands a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and robust organizational capabilities. The successful candidate will coordinate billing processes, support financial reconciliations, and assist event managers with the accuracy and timeliness of billing activities and related administrative functions. This role also involves working closely with several internal systems such as Opera, Colleague Advantage, Envision, EMS, EAS, Oracle, Micros, and Sertifi, which help streamline event billing, revenue posting, and reconciliation. Experience with these platforms is preferred, but the ability to quickly learn new software applications is essential. The Group Billing / Event Coordinator will ensure that group payments are set up properly, deposits and payments are scheduled accurately, and any post-event adjustments are reconciled efficiently. Additionally, the position supports the finance department by assisting with event managers' expense reports and providing necessary supporting documentation.
