This pivotal role carries the responsibility of assisting supervisory staff in the day-to-day management of food service operations, particularly in their absence. The Lead Food Service Worker plays an essential part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment, ensuring that employee breaks are managed effectively and that all tasks are completed accurately and timely.
