• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum experience working in high-volume upscale restaurants
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Effective communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Current Food Handler or Responsible Alcohol Certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
