The locations covered under this program include Ali Al Salem Air Base (AASAB) in Kuwait, Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB) in UAE, and Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in Saudi Arabia. The role of Escort with Secret Clearance under the AFCAP V contract involves providing observation and escorting services to support security monitoring programs at specified locations. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, the Escort will serve as a vital team member ensuring the seamless rotation of personnel while maintaining operational continuity. The Escort is responsible for overseeing and escorting Local National and Other Country National personnel at restricted military facilities, ensuring compliance with base regulations and escort policies while maintaining safety and accountability. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems promptly and professionally. The Escort will be tasked with monitoring personnel movements, logging contractors in and out, maintaining accountability of all personnel and vehicles, and verifying that no prohibited items enter the base. In addition, this role also demands adherence to base policies and force protection procedures and necessitates the use of communication devices like land mobile radios and laptops to maintain contact and operational oversight. Physical demands of this role include lifting moderate weights, standing or sitting for extended periods, and wearing personal protective equipment when required. The role also requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, active DoD Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain it), and the ability to meet deployment medical and dental standards. Experience in military or security operations is advantageous, especially for candidates with prior overseas deployments and team leadership experience.
