The role of Kitchen Manager at Texas Roadhouse is a pivotal position within the restaurant's operational framework. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Back of House operations, ensuring that food preparation meets the high standards set by the company. The Kitchen Manager also mentors and supports team members, including assistant managers and hourly employees, providing daily feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
