In this dynamic environment, Caesars Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This full-time supervisory role involves leading and managing a team of 16 to 20 housekeeping employees, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and that all rooms and public areas consistently meet the company’s rigorous cleanliness and safety standards. This position demands strong leadership capabilities, the ability to conduct thorough suite inspections, and proactive communication with various hotel departments such as the front office through Status Board Operators. The ideal candidate must be adept at enforcing all hotel policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude that contributes to an exceptional guest experience. Due to the physically demanding nature of the role, candidates should possess the stamina to handle tasks like walking for long periods, lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds, and operating motorized cleaning equipment safely. The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring supply levels, undertaking corrective actions when standards lapse, and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
