The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the quality and timely completion of housekeeping duties by direct supervision and hands-on involvement whenever necessary. Beyond supervisory responsibilities, this role includes inspecting work performance, managing inventory and lost and found procedures, handling key control, and reporting room statuses to the Front Office. The position also requires coordination with engineering for maintenance, actively engaging in staff training, and contributing to overall guest experience enhancement. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferred
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a friendly, courteous and service oriented manner
