The Housekeeping Supervisor role is a full-time position offering an hourly wage between $21.00 and $23.00, supported by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a retirement plan. This critical role involves overseeing housekeeping operations at both the Walton Arts Center indoor campus and the Walmart AMP outdoor amphitheater, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction during events and daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining spotless environments that meet the demands of high-energy events. In this role, the Housekeeping Supervisor will supervise, train, and support a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules effectively across the two venue locations. This includes managing event support teams to ensure that all areas remain clean and safe before, during, and after performances. Additionally, the supervisor must comply with safe housekeeping practices and assist hands-on with cleaning tasks whenever necessary, exemplifying a team-oriented approach. Strong communication and team-building skills are essential as the supervisor regularly collaborates with other departments, attends planning meetings, and serves as a positive representative of Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP to patrons, staff, and vendors. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and manage the physical demands of lifting up to 50 pounds is required, as well as comfort in working both indoors and outdoors under various conditions. Experience in event or venue housekeeping environments is advantageous, giving candidates an edge when managing the unique challenges of live performance settings. • High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years custodial experience including 1+ year in a leadership role
• strong communication and team-building skills
