In this role, you will oversee the cleanliness, service, and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet or meeting rooms. Additionally, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and utilize Hilton's systems to optimize operations and profitability. The role extends beyond operational duties; it includes conducting room inspections to maintain quality assurance, recruiting and interviewing new team members, facilitating policy and procedure implementation, and actively participating in meetings to align departmental goals with the hotel’s overall strategy. Experience within a hotel setting, particularly supervisory or management experience of at least two years, is essential. Familiarity with Hilton systems and understanding of luxury and Forbes standards is highly advantageous.
