We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Housekeeping Attendant to join our Revel team on a full-time basis. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, emphasizing a rewarding career journey within a supportive and inclusive workplace. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in creating clean, comfortable, and inviting environments for our senior residents. Beyond the routine tasks, this position involves actively engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers to cultivate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The role focuses heavily on maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness in residents’ apartments and common areas, including cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting fixtures, and more. Attention to detail and pride in a job well done are crucial components of this position. The scope of work extends beyond cleaning duties to include ensuring safety compliance by maintaining an environment free of hazards and reporting any health, safety, or maintenance issues promptly. • at least six months of prior housekeeping experience
• physically active environment tolerance including bending, pulling, pushing and lifting
• experience interacting with guests, residents, co-workers and the general public in a courteous and professional manner
• ability to make independent decisions when necessary and remain calm during emergency situations
• reasoning skills including understanding issues and processing information for feedback
• proficiency in English communication
