Key tasks include washing dishes and linens used within the marketplace, performing janitorial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, and keeping tables and chairs in food areas clean for guest comfort. You will also be tasked with cleaning windows and mirrors to maintain a polished appearance throughout the premises. Additionally, restroom maintenance is a critical part of your role, which involves regular cleaning and replenishing toiletries to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met. A responsive approach to addressing accidental spills and other messes is important to prevent hazards and maintain a safe environment. Flexibility is essential, as additional duties may be assigned by the manager based on daily operational needs.
