The Housekeeper position at Travel + Leisure Co. is a vital role that supports the overall resort operations by ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of resort units to the highest quality standards. Available as full-time or part-time, this role offers an opportunity to be part of a global team dedicated to hospitality excellence. The hourly rate for this role is $17.00. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning various resort areas including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. This involves activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, making beds, and replenishing supplies like kitchenware and toiletries. You will maintain linens by sorting, counting, folding, and marking them to ensure operational efficiency.
Beyond cleaning duties, the Housekeeper acts as an important point of contact for guests by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. This commitment to guest satisfaction is essential in enhancing the overall guest experience. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners. Physical stamina is necessary as the position involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
