Carteret Management Corporation is currently seeking to fill a full-time Housekeeper/Porter position at Jacaranda Place, a newer apartment community located in Port Charlotte. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal of the property, directly impacting resident satisfaction and the community’s reputation. As a Housekeeper/Porter, the incumbent will be responsible for executing a variety of custodial duties throughout the grounds, common areas, and vacant units. This includes tasks that contribute to the efficient preparation of market-ready apartments, routine cleaning of offices and shared spaces, as well as grounds maintenance to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
