The Housekeeper’s primary responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining apartment units, apartment unit models, vacancies, common areas, and public access restrooms. They must assist in monitoring supplies inventory to ensure cleaning materials and other resources are adequately stocked. Timely and accurate reporting of attendance and adherence to company policies and procedures are also essential components of the role. The Housekeeper is expected to understand the needs and expectations of residents, striving not just to meet but exceed them to foster a strong sense of community. • High school diploma or equivalent
• prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently
