• Appropriate training and/or background in housekeeping
• Ability to properly clean residents' rooms and common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping and disinfecting
• Ability to discard waste into proper containers
• Ability to assist with general housekeeping duties
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and carry objects
• Must be able to push and pull carts and continuously walk, sit and stand
• Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist and reach above shoulder height
• Must use good body mechanics and safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Must be able to perform routine repetitive tasks with consideration for residents and co-workers
• Ability to work professionally and ethically in alignment with LCB's values
