This Housekeeper role is a critical position within the resort operations team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and quality standards across various resort units. The housekeeper will clean and sanitize areas including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and lobbies, ensuring the environment meets the company’s high housekeeping standards. Duties also include vacuuming, dusting, making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, handling linens, and maintaining positive relationships with guests and team members. This role requires effective communication skills to respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and issues, aiming to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently while following instructions, and possess a professional appearance alongside a positive, can-do attitude. Physical stamina is essential as the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds. The position offers competitive hourly compensation starting generally between $20.00 and $23.50, with the final rate dependent on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
