The position offered is focused on ensuring the cleanliness and appealing presentation of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, and other community amenities within a Garden-style residential property currently in the Lease-Up stage, with 336 units in total. This role is critical in maintaining the property’s market-ready appeal by ensuring all vacant units and targeted show units are cleaned and freshened throughout the day. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, and vacant apartment homes as directed. The role supports the make-ready process by assisting management in maintaining overall property readiness and safety, reporting hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors promptly. The position requires a valid driver's license for operating golf carts within the property. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, and the hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $17.00, with the prospect of additional performance-based bonuses.
