This position involves cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently while following specific procedures and upholding hotel standards. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized linen cart that is neat and well-stocked, taking care to report any maintenance issues such as malfunctioning fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems. Security of equipment, keys, and supplies allocated to you will also be your responsibility. Additionally, you will handle any lost and found articles by reporting them to your supervisor and respond promptly and courteously to guest requests. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending and lifting
• Reliable and punctual
• Good organizational skills
• Willingness to follow hotel policies and procedures
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
