The current job opening is a full-time position within Greystar's property management team, with a schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, 7 am to 4 pm. The role primarily focuses on ensuring the cleanliness and proper upkeep of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, and community amenities to maintain and enhance the property's appeal to prospective tenants and residents. This position plays a critical role in showcasing the property to potential residents by maintaining a fresh and market-ready environment. Key responsibilities include daily cleaning of leasing offices, clubhouses, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes. The role also involves assisting the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager with make-ready processes, managing cleaning supply inventories, and promptly reporting any hazards or maintenance issues observed on the property. The position requires physical stamina and flexibility, including the ability to work in various weather conditions and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating a golf cart on site. The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $19.00, with eligibility for bonus programs based on performance and other factors such as experience and location. • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
