The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $18.00 to $25.00 plus tips, with additional percentage-based earnings available for drivers and supervisors. Employees are paid via W-2, which means no additional self-employment taxes are required, ensuring compliance and ease for those hired. As a residential house cleaner, you will be responsible for improving the quality of life for clients by maintaining clean and organized living spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other areas using Merry Maids’ certified cleaning processes. You will have the option to work independently or paired with a teammate, providing flexibility and varying work dynamics. The company provides all necessary cleaning products, equipment, and uniforms, including a pair of shoes.
