The role specifically includes daily cleaning of leasing offices, clubhouses, common-area restrooms, model units, and vacant apartments. A key part of the job is ensuring that all vacant units are freshened throughout the day to maintain their appeal for market readiness. This position supports the make-ready process by assisting with duties as needed, acting under the guidance of the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager. Safety and hazard awareness are vital components of this role. Employees must be vigilant in identifying and reporting any potential dangers to supervisors to ensure a safe environment for residents, guests, and team members. Inventory management of cleaning supplies is also required, ensuring that adequate supplies are maintained and re-ordered as necessary. The position demands physical stamina and flexibility, requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. The ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance is necessary. Due to the nature of the work, employees must be prepared to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays and have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart within the property. Compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, with pay determination based on factors such as experience, skill level, and location. Additional compensation may include eligibility for various bonus programs depending on whether the position is corporate or onsite property-based.
