The role of the Housekeeper at Grace Management, Inc. is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents and common areas within the senior living community. This position offers pay up to $16.00 per hour and requires a dedicated individual with a genuine concern for the well-being of seniors. The Housekeeper will perform essential cleaning functions, including sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming carpets and furniture, and ensuring all cleaning supplies and chemicals are properly handled and stored. Attention to detail and adherence to established cleaning procedures and infection control techniques are critical for success. The role also demands the ability to observe and report changes in resident conditions to management, emphasizing the importance of communication and teamwork within the community. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety by identifying hazards, using proper signage, and notifying maintenance of any repair needs. The Housekeeper is also expected to participate in educational programs, team meetings, and support a collaborative work environment. This role requires physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects and perform various motions such as bending, squatting, and twisting over extended periods.                 - Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
 - Must be able to lift, carry, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, kneel, push, pull, and twist using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time
 - Possess genuine loving and caring attitude for seniors
 - Ability to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances
 - Ability to read, speak, and write in English
 - High School or GED equivalent preferred
 - Complete all required employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screenings
