This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the assigned areas within the senior living community, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. The Housekeeper is responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning lavatories, and polishing fixtures. Duties also extend to managing community laundry operations, ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained, and adhering strictly to safety and fire code regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• previous housekeeping experience preferred
• ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the residents
• ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• interest in working with senior population
