The Housekeeper role at PeakMade is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout their communities and individual residential units. Housekeepers at PeakMade play a vital role in sustaining the company's reputation for excellence by executing a variety of housekeeping tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep of the property. This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Candidates will engage in preparing vacant units for occupancy, maintaining common areas such as leasing offices, laundry facilities, amenities, and other shared spaces, and responding promptly and courteously to requests from residents and management. 
The role emphasizes safety compliance adhering to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company policies, ensuring a secure work environment. Housekeepers are also responsible for keeping accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, demonstrating a commitment to organizational efficiency. The physical demands of this position include lifting up to 75 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, and proficiency in the safe use of cleaning tools and chemicals.
