The Dishwasher position at Ivy Park is a vital role within the kitchen team that ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas. This full-time role operates during shifts from 11 AM to 7:30 PM and offers a competitive pay range of $17.87 to $18.25 per hour. The Dishwasher's responsibilities encompass preparing the dish room before meal services, transporting soiled dishware to the kitchen, thoroughly washing and sanitizing all kitchen items, and returning them to their appropriate storage locations. Additionally, the Dishwasher assists in cleaning and maintaining various kitchen and dining areas as well as managing waste disposal. This role requires a high level of attention to maintaining hygiene and safety standards to protect staff, residents, and visitors. The Dishwasher is expected to respond to resident concerns with professionalism and compassion, contributing positively to the community environment. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer six months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
• Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related health and safety measures
