The Housekeeper position at Marian Regional Medical Center plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary conditions across all hospital campuses. This role is essential in supporting the health care philosophy of the medical center by ensuring that the environment is safe, clean, and comfortable for patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in health care cleaning or similar heavy project work, with preferred leadership experience in the field. The Housekeeper needs to have strong communication skills in English, enabling them to interact tactfully and effectively with team members, patients, and visitors. Confidentiality is a key component of this role, as the Housekeeper will handle sensitive materials and issues on a regular basis. In addition to being detail-oriented, the Housekeeper must demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage staffing effectively, ensuring that all cleaning duties are completed comprehensively and efficiently.
