The Housekeeper role at Ivy Park at San Tomas plays a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and work areas. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning duties and laundry services for both residents and the community, ensuring a sanitary and comfortable living environment that aligns with the company’s mission and values. This position operates on the shift from Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a competitive pay range between $17.95 and $19.00 per hour.
The housekeeper is expected to uphold established safety standards to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.                 - Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
 - Must be at least 18 years of age
 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Excellent customer service skills
 - Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
 - Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
 - Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
 - For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines
