This full-time position is designed for conscientious individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for both residents and staff. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring that apartments, common areas, and amenities meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. With a competitive salary range of $17.00 to $20.40 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience, the role offers a stable and rewarding career. The Housekeeper will be responsible for routine cleaning of residents' apartments, public areas, bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and more. They will perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens, as well as maintaining resident laundry areas. Additional responsibilities include disinfecting and sanitizing equipment, stocking cleaning supplies, waste disposal, and coordinating maintenance work orders when necessary. Effective communication with residents and staff and adherence to company policies and sanitation standards are essential. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills along with basic computer literacy. A successful candidate must complete all company-specified training programs and demonstrate reliability and professionalism in delivering exceptional housekeeping services. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as irons washers dryers brooms mops and vacuums
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Basic proficiency in reading writing and math
• Effective oral communication skills in English
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
