We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to become an integral part of our dedicated team. This position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $17.00, with opportunities to increase earnings through our Zero Critical Defect program. Additionally, employees can benefit from our Daily Pay system, which allows access to wages as needed, enhancing financial flexibility. As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by maintaining immaculate guest rooms and public areas. You will play a critical role in upholding the resort's reputation for excellence by meeting set productivity goals and maintaining superior inspection scores. The role requires diligence in performing cleaning tasks including stripping units, disposing of trash, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Housekeepers at Westgate Vacation Villas must use equipment and supplies responsibly while adhering to safety protocols, report any lost and found items promptly to support guest satisfaction, and foster a collaborative team environment. Additional duties may be assigned to support the overall success of the housekeeping department. This role also demands physical stamina as candidates must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
