The Housekeeper will be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining various residential and community spaces including apartments, leasing offices, clubrooms, and pool areas. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential as the role includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, and thorough appliance care. The position sometimes requires flexibility for after-hours emergency situations, highlighting the importance of reliability and responsiveness. • High school diploma or equivalent
• previous housekeeping experience preferred
• strong attention to detail
• ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb stairs regularly
• flexibility to assist in after-hours emergencies
• valid driver's license may be required
