This full-time Housekeeper position based at Santa Marta involves playing a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the entire community. The Housekeeper is entrusted with performing various cleaning duties that align with established policies and procedures, ensuring all residents’ apartments, common areas, lounges, offices, and other spaces reflect the high standards expected in a senior living environment. Working primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed, this role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute positively to the lives of older adults. The Housekeeper's responsibilities are diverse, covering floor care such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to bathroom sanitation and restocking supplies. Additionally, the role involves proper disposal of trash, maintenance of cleaning equipment, and timely communication regarding repair needs and supply shortages. This position demands a detail-oriented individual who is dependable and able to work independently while maintaining a warm, friendly demeanor that enhances the community atmosphere. • high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
• ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• availability to work full time Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts
