Currently, Liberty Military Housing is hiring for the role of Housekeeper. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of multi-family residential communities, including amenities, office spaces, and surrounding areas. Housekeepers are responsible for routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, dusting furniture, cleaning windows and fixtures, and removing trash from various areas on a daily basis. The role demands effective communication skills and a dedication to safety standards while using cleaning tools and equipment efficiently. Housekeepers also assist with preparing units for new residents by performing thorough cleaning duties and maintaining supply inventories. Additionally, this position requires identifying maintenance issues for prompt repairs and supporting service technicians as needed. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Entry level to 6 months of general housekeeping or maintenance experience
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment safely
• Effective communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and emergencies
• Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations
• Ability to use personal or company vehicle for travel
