The role of Housekeeper at Sinceri Senior Living is a vital part of maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe living environment for all residents and staff. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas, including resident rooms, offices, and common spaces, are kept clean and sanitary in accordance with established procedures. This position demands attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The Housekeeper will follow a cleaning schedule, use appropriate cleaning protocols, and report maintenance issues or safety concerns, playing an essential role in the overall well-being and comfort of the senior community.
This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with requirements such as the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively, and demonstrate compassion towards the elderly population. The Housekeeper must also meet all state health requirements and be capable of performing the necessary duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Beyond the core task of cleaning, this role supports infection control, laundry duties, inventory management, and collaborative efforts with other staff members to ensure resident rooms are prepared for move-in.
