We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hourly Manager for our new restaurant training program in Las Cruces. This position plays a critical role in the operational success of the restaurant by overseeing daily activities and ensuring team members are thoroughly trained in customer service excellence and operational standards. The Hourly Manager will operate as a key leader within the team, working closely with the General Manager to maintain seamless restaurant operations from opening to close. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the versatility to manage a variety of administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of restaurant management experience and a proven track record of managing food safety and sanitation requirements. The role requires someone who is highly organized and capable of maintaining inventory controls and procurement procedures efficiently. Moreover, as this position demands working flexible hours to accommodate restaurant needs, including nights and weekends, a willingness and ability to adapt schedules is essential. Beyond the standard responsibilities, the Hourly Manager will actively participate in the training and development of new team members, ensuring a well-prepared and motivated staff.
