The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an integral position that focuses on delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests. This position involves responsibilities such as parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, and providing information about local attractions and facility amenities. The work schedule includes both morning and evening shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm, offering flexibility for employees.   • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work or within a commutable distance
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and write standard English language
  • Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
