The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an integral position that focuses on delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests. This position involves responsibilities such as parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, and providing information about local attractions and facility amenities. The work schedule includes both morning and evening shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm, offering flexibility for employees. Towne Park offers competitive compensation starting at $13 per hour plus tips, with the potential to earn up to $22 per hour. In addition, employees are eligible to enroll in various benefits, such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility criteria based on job classification and hours worked. To succeed as a Guest Service Associate, candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver's license, and have at least one month of related experience or training. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math operations, and competence in safely operating vehicles, including manual transmissions and parallel parking skills. Physical demands of the job include standing or walking for extended periods, handling luggage, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds, often in outdoor environments subject to various weather conditions. • High school diploma or general education degree
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work or within a commutable distance
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and write standard English language
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
