The role of Hotel Sales & Catering Manager at The Rivet House is a crucial leadership position responsible for steering sales and catering efforts to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. The manager will collaborate closely with IRHG's Home Office Leadership team, senior operations leaders, the Revenue Management Team, and marketing partners to devise and implement strategies for total top-line revenue growth. This position demands a hands-on approach, with responsibilities including managing property-based sales teams, overseeing effective selling processes, and occasionally acting as a task force manager at the unit level.
