The role of Hotel Manager at Highgate, located at the Recess property in Savannah, GA, is a critical leadership position focused on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and effective employee engagement and training. This position requires a leader with Luxury/Lifestyle hotel experience, who will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence and the integrity of the hotel. The Hotel Manager participates actively in hotel sales efforts, including client engagement and account management, while ensuring smooth operations across all departments through close collaboration with department heads. Key responsibilities include conducting staff meetings and training sessions, overseeing financial reviews and compliance, managing budgets and forecasts, and upholding the highest standards of service and operational performance. The Hotel Manager is also accountable for fostering a positive, team-oriented environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction and employee development. This role demands excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as a commitment to maintaining compliance with corporate policies and hotel standards.                 - at least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field
 - bachelor’s degree preferred
